The staff at the front desk were friendly but utterly incompetent, giving wrong information about shuttle buses, getting easily confused about the simplest questions and frankly not really knowing how to deal with guests in a competent manner.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

设施：好 衞生：不是每天打扫，有一天连洗澡毛布都没有有换。 环境：周围一片旷野，去最近车站走土路步行15分钟。去任何公交要先坐旅馆班车到飞机场，去机场班车每20分钟一趟。去买个香烟要来回机场需要半小时。经常进城办事的旅客不建议住此酒店。 服务：差，由于单独重点服务空乘人员，其它服务住宿登记就一两人上班，普通旅客登记处排队是常事。屋子空调坏了，很冷，旅馆説没法修，换房等了一小时没人管，原来前台都忙登记呢。 订了3晚，由于提前一天到了，希望提前一天入住，提前一天离店，旅馆坚决不同意修改，要加一天提前到那天旅馆费，变成住4晚。理由昰多出的第四天无法取消。 不推荐这旅馆。是德国一流旅馆名称，三流的品质。

这次来法兰克福，到达时是一大早，这家酒店有24小时接驳车到酒店，每隔20分钟有一班，几分钟就可以从机场到达酒店，非常便利；到达酒店时没有到下午3点的入住时间，可以选择10点入住酒店加收费用，差不多10欧每小时，还是挺不错的。房间的隔音不错，双层玻璃，尽管在航线但是很安静，推荐给早班夜航的伙伴们。

Not bad for a solo traveller. Location is excellent and airport pickup and drop off shuttle service is excellent

房间乾净整洁 位置还可以，有机场的接送巴士20分钟一趟，在T1客运大楼，从T2出来的 建议直接走路过去也可以

各方面都不错，到机场很便捷，每隔20分钟会有大巴，免费穿梭，早餐 0530开始，一直持续到1030，挺好的。
